a sliding scale payment option based on household to insure affordable care is available.

Payment is required at the beginning of each session.
Acceptable methods of payment are cash, debit, major credit cards, or checks.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call at least
24 hours IN ADVANCE of your appointment time.
Failure to do so will result in a $50 late cancellation/no show fee.
